June 17, 2025, is the opening day to notify the nomination committee (Cat Nelson, Bart & Zoe McGough) of your intent to be a candidate for one of the following offices: President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer.
Who Can be nominated?
If you are a member in good standing, have read, understand, and agree to follow the duties of office you are seeking as stated in the bylaws you can be nominated to run for an executive position on our Board of Directors.
How do i get nominated?
Email the following information (for internal use) to Cat Nelson (Nominations Chair): [email protected]
  • Name as you wish to appear on the ballot.
  • ​Residence and mailing address (if different), city, zip code.
  • Telephone number.
  • Email address.
  • Office you are seeking.
Upon receipt I will send a form for your review and signature. Your next step, if you choose, is to submit a resume for placement on the members only section of DQN website. Any resume submitted after September 9, 2025 will NOT be placed on the DQN website. To avoid any appearance of impropriety your resume will only be reviewed but not altered or edited. Your name can be placed on the ballot up to September 24, 2025.
When are the Elections?
The elections are October 9, 2025, at Windmill Library. Elections will begin at 5pm and final results will be announced at 8pm. More information to come regarding the quarterly meeting and elections.
