Quilters & Crafters Fair is the new name for a time-honored tradition known as the Swap Meet. The name has changed to highlight a new look to this special event. On, August 23, 2025, members and non-members will be given the opportunity to sell any number of craft related items, unused stashes, notions, patterns, books, supplies, hand-made items, etc. DQN is filled with talented ladies, known not only for their sewing skills, but also for other hobbies. This event is a perfect time to reserve a table and sell what you love to make! The sale of your items is your profit! There will be 50 tables available to sell your items. The cost to DQN members is $20 per table and non-members $25 per table. Members and non-members can reserve tables on a first-come-first serve basis. The deadline to reserve your table(s) is Tuesday, July 15, 2025. Mark your calendars for August 23, 2025. This will be a day for selling, buying, challenge voting, socializing, and enjoying the gorgeous views at the Sun City Anthem Center. What a great way to spend a beautiful Saturday afternoon! A couple changes this year:

- New Guild policy re: NV State Sales Tax requirements. We have learned that the NV State Dept. of Taxation defines our Fair as a hosted DQN event where taxable items are sold. As such, we need to secure a Special Events Permit from the State. To do so, we must submit a list of all sellers no later than 30 days prior to this event.
- How do you determine if you are possibly liable for State sales tax?
- What other actions is DQN required to take to ensure we are meeting the State guidelines for taxation purposes.

Table Registration Guidelines
- Table registration closes on July 15, 2025.
- Each reservation includes one chair.
- If you’d like to be seated near a friend, please specify your request on the registration form.
- Each registrant may reserve up to three tables maximum.
- Tables will be assigned only after both the registration form and payment have been received by the DQN Treasurer.
- Online registration and payment are required. If you need assistance, please reach out to:

- Volunteers will be available at 11:00 AM and after 3:30 PM to help with unloading/loading materials and directing you to your table location.
- A limited number of rolling carts will be available for use.
