WHAT TO BRING
  • BRING AND WEAR YOUR FAVORITE PAST RETREAT NAME TAG, OR ONE THAT YOU USE WHEN AT QUILTING EVENTS.  It will be fun to see everyone’s name tags.  Don’t have one or forgot, we will give you a temporary tag for the weekend.
  • Sewing Machine in good working order and all your normal sewing tools or projects for whatever you are bringing to work on.  See below for under Activities for fabric or fat quarters in order to participate.
  • EACH PERSON WILL HAVE TWO OUTLETS AVAILABLE TO THEM FOR THEIR USE.    Bring an additional power strip or extension cord just in case.  We have some additional lighting in the space however it is RECOMMENDED to bring a task light to use in your space.  Also, if you have a small iron, plan to bring it and a small ironing surface.  We will have very limited extra ironing space.
  • There will be two areas for cutting.  Bring a good ruler and rotary cutter as the guild has limited supplies.
There will be two people per 8’ table.  You can sit next to each other, across from each other, or on opposite sides and opposite ends of the table, you choose.  First come first serve, no assigned seating.   We are at capacity!  Each seat will have someone in it.  Plan to make some new friends!

DOOR PRIZES! – Keep your tickets handy.
“SECRET SISTER” with a twist – see your arrival goodie bag for details.
LEFT/RIGHT/CENTER:  Friday night, join the fun after dinner.  This year we are asking for fat quarters in solids or tone on tone to go with your “garden” projects.  Three FQ’s per game.  Two games are typically played per table of 6 to 10 players.
LAP QUILT PROJECT – requires 9 fat quarters, trim them all to the same size 17” x 21” or use up some of your stash.   Do a floral theme, juvenile, solids, patriotic, you choose!  Pattern provided on Saturday morning.  Make and keep it or donate to one of a variety of charities that will be on hand to accept your generous donation!
