- If you choose to Valet on Thursday prior to 6pm when the doors open you will need to have your property moved to your room and then you can make arrangements to get your property to the Pavilion. No attendees will be able to enter the Pavilion to leave or “drop off” any of their sewing supplies due to liability issues with unattended property prior to 4pm on Thursday.
- Valet services are $5.00 per day for parking. Self-Parking at the rear of the casino is free. There are elevators in the parking garage, follow the signs down the ramp to the first floor and the large elevator to the Pavilion is on your right-hand side.
- You must check-in at the front desk to get your room key and room assignment. You can do that by using the short-term parking by the main entrance before you go to the back to the self-park garage.
- Hotel accommodations are on your own. If you have plans for a roommate(s) be sure to coordinate with them on your arrival day/time if not traveling together.
