The cactus is cut from a 1.5" sheet of styrofoam. The back and edges of the cactus are painted the same green as the customized wood stand, which is included. The "pearls" are drops of iridescent paint.
This cactus was made as a prop for our Quilting Village which was to have live sewing at Quilt Las Vegas 2020 -- Pearls of the Desert. Since the show is now a virtual show in 2021, we sadly will not have a Quilting Village and are selling the cacti.
