We encourage you to apply or renew your membership online.
You must complete two steps:
1 -- Go to the Online Membership button below, fill it out, and submit it.
2 -- Go to the DQN Store. Click on "DQN Membership". Add this to your cart, and enter your payment information. Membership fee is $35.00.

If you don't want to renew online, you can download and print out the membership form below and mail it to the address on the form.

Remember to include your check made payable to Desert Quilters of Nevada for $35.00 with your application form in your envelope.

We will then confirm that you are a paid-up active member before you will
be authorized for full access to this area.
If you have not paid your dues for this year, you will need to do that first.
