We socialize, participate in Show & Tell, share new ideas and demos, trunk shows, and have classes on a variety of techniques. |

Please wear your name tags as we have so many new members and it is hard to remember everyone’s name! Going forward, there will be a $1 charge to each member who does not have their tag on. NEW Reminder that our Silent Auction will be our next meeting, Nov20th. Please bring items you think someone will buy. All monies will be donated to the church. Completed projects list is due. . Next year the rules will change. You can commit to a certain amount (5, 10, 15 or more), and fill in the name of the project when you know it. This program was originally set up to help us finish our UFO’s, but has grown into a creative release for our talents. Child Haven has requested gently used bibles for the children. Please bring any you are willing to donate to the next meeting. Our Holiday Party is coming up on December 4th. We decided to do pot luck and Silver Threads will supply deserts. We will play Left, Right, Center with fat quarters. A reminder that this will be the last meeting for the year and we have in the past brought in gift cards from fast food restaurants or given cash to the church to support Project 150. Silver Threads started in 1984 as a small group. It expanded in the early 90's and began doing charity work. Today they continue with a great deal of charity work and share ideas,training and demos with each other. |

1.Project Linus, Nellis AFB Baby Showers, Babies Bounty, NV Adult Daycare, Blue Star Moms, Cancer Center, and Vegas Strong 2.Dog & Cat beds for the pet shelter Our Guild Community Service, Quilts of Valor received many blocks and quilts. |
